Only 18 miles to MCO-Orlando International Airport. Great shopping within 3 miles. Location is secluded with large trees, lakeside, and adjacent to the commuter train track. The ColonialTown North district of Orlando (also called Mills/50) is a vibrant, central area with exceptional walkability to grocery stores, a trendy bar scene, LOTS of coffee and boba options, foodie restaurants and casual late night eats. When you're ready, retreat to our porch swing and watch the sunset reflect off the trees. We lived in this space for four years and left it just as we crafted it.

Palatka Arts and Crafts Bungalow c.1925

This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.

This 'beachy' key west style guesthouse is hidden from the street but not the ocean breeze! The beach is only 1 block away and easy to get to by foot. You can't help but to spend your time relaxing on the large front porch. The property is fenced in and has a yard. Guests can use the BBQ, bikes, beach chairs, body boards and cooler, so you don't have to buy or bring your own! The house is between Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach Town Centers.
