Located walking distance from the university & hospital. 4 minute walk from a 10 minute bus ride to uptown. No pets, no smoking or drugs, no overnight guests. We don't charge BS cleaning fees. All other fees are from airbnb. Light breakfast items available, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, selection varies. You may use the BBQ.

We are offering a Victorian Style Room in an 1878 Historic Building close to Uptown Saint John and all major transit as well as restaurants, Imperial Theater and Museums, and National Parks. The room is part of a year round B&B and a full breakfast is provided. This Room was called the STUDY and we are slowly theming it to represent the name as much as possible.
