Ancien chai des années 50, elle a été rénovée pour allier le charme authentique de la pierre au confort et au design moderne. Un véritable havre de paix, idéal pour les amoureux de la nature et du bien-être. Spa : la salle d'eau moderne intègre un espace doté d'un spa deux places, pour des instants de détente en toute intimité. Sauna : plongez dans une relaxation profonde grâce au sauna en bois.

Loin de la surpopulation estivale, vous serez charmé par le calme et la sérénité des lieux, aux portes du Périgord pourpre (Eymet et Bergerac). La maison est située dans le centre d'un charmant village perché en haut d'une colline, avec un agréable petit jardin ensoleillé et sa piscine qui vous tendent les bras pour de longs et agréables moments de détente en toute sérénité !

Si vous aimez le tourisme de terroir, vous adorerez visiter les Bastides médiévales environnantes (Eymet), vous perdre dans les sentiers de randonnée, pécher, découvrir les vins de Bergerac ou de Bordeaux, savourer la bonne chair régionale. Si vous aimez le golf, vous serez séduits par les 27 trous du Château des Vigiers (15 km). Enfin, si vous aspirez à un séjour de pure détente, où il fait bon vivre à ne rien faire, le gîte sera votre havre de paix, au calme, au bord de la piscine.

Nestling on the heights of a hill in the heart of nature, at the gateway to the Dordogne (4 km from the bastide town of Eymet), you will be charmed by this fully-equipped family gîte for 6 people (up to 8 on demand for an additional fee) , a restored tobacco barn from 1922. A beautiful private swimming pool, heated from May to September, awaits you, out of sight, with its equipped relaxation areas. Our house is adjacent to the gîte. Discover châteaux, bastides and local farmers' markets.

A Little Luxury Home in the Center of Eymet

Bienvenue chez nous. Gîte Castellaneta is over 500 years old but has been remodeled many times since it was first built. We just did it again in 2019! It's a cute little medieval 2 bedroom house. The master has a king bed and the front bedroom has 2 twins which can be reconfigured as a super king. Both have new en-suite bathrooms and the downstairs has been completely remodeled with kitchen, dining & sitting areas plus a WC and washer. And there's a lovely, intimate private courtyard.
