Newly converted in 2023, Lavender Cottage, surrounded by lavender bushes, offers a delightful private stay on the land of our family home. The cottage is tucked away down a quiet country lane but within walking distance from the village store and amenities. Offering a small kitchenette, en-suite shower room and separate bedroom. It also has a sofa bed making a small double and a pull out single trundle bed in the living room.

Trevispen Bungalow is located in the village of Trispen, 4 miles from the cathedral city of Truro & 5 miles from the surfing beach of Perranporth. It offers room for 8 people; the ground floor consists of sitting room (wood burner), dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, twin bedroom, separate bathroom (shower over bath) & lavatory. An open staircase leads to the first floor with a twin bedroom, 2 double bedrooms & shower room with lavatory. Private parking for 3 cars along side spacious grounds.

One The old smelting works, near Hall for Cornwall

The Old Smelting works is a building of historical importance. Around 1892 and next to Brunels viaduct, it was a Tin Smelting Works. In recent years it has been converted into four modern apartments but holding on to as much of it’s industrial history as possible. The Smelting Works is in the centre of Truro, though quietly tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the Town Centre which is just five minutes walk away. Train station a 5-10 minute walk away and close to all transport links.

Quiet, peaceful and secluded, yet only 10 minutes drive from the Cathedral City of Truro and 15 minutes from the surfing beaches of the north coast. Featuring a cosy loft style bedroom with kingsize memory foam mattress overlooking green oak beams and a beautifully finished open plan kitchen and living room. Acorn Barn a unique former cow house

Get away from it all with a cosy stay in a unique little barn conversion on a small holding with poultry, sheep and pigs. Acorn Barn sits at the end of its own driveway across a field set above a small CAMC 5cl. At night you may hear owls in the valley and the usual country noises by day from nearby working farms although the barn itself is double glazed and previous guests haven’t found any noises intrusive. You can see the railway line and look down on the duck pond and watch the poultry.

Private Cabin Kingsize bed close to Truro/Beaches

The Writers Retreat is an off grid bespoke cabin handmade by the author Ben Rowswell and used as a space to relax, unwind and enjoy writing without being disturbed or interrupted. The cabin sleeps two adults in a comfy Kingsize bed (and up to two children in fold out beds) and is equipped with a sitting room an outside kitchen and a firepit area. You can now stay at the Writers Retreat to muster your creative flow, or as a base to explore all the best Cornwall has to offer.

Trefronick farm, Carriage house

Carriage House is a spacious property in the middle of a working farm. Separate kitchen and sitting area with private garden and use of a field. Trefronick Farm has a beef herd and sheep flock and we have a dairy farm next door milking channel island cows. 5 miles from nearest beach (Perranporth) & 5 miles from Truro. It is very close to the A30 making Penzance in the west, and the Eden Project to the East both just over 30 minutes. A well behaved dog is welcome.
