This is a peaceful little getaway with a lot of options. The home is nestled in the trees right on the Willow Creek Greenbelt, with a trail, ancient trees, and babbling Willow creek. The greenbelt is accessed from the back of the lot. Amidst the beautiful juniper, piñon, and ponderosa pines on the lot are beautiful mountain views from the back yard and the house. It a perfect place to reconnect with nature. There is a steep staircase (with a sturdy hand rail) to the bedroom to be aware of.

It also backs up to the Rio Grande National Forest with multiple trails for ATV/UTV, dirt bike, and any off road vehicle. This location is 20min to Salida and Joyful Journey Hot Springs. It is 45min to Mount Princeton Hot Springs and the Great Sand Dunes.
