Planta baixa de 70m2 molt ben situada a S'Agaró. Zona tranquila i a només 350m de la platja de Sant Pol i a 250m del centre. Consta d'aire condicionat al menjador i ventiladors de sostre a totes les habitacions. Wifi i pàrquing privat. Té una terrassa amb barbacoa i completament amoblada on es pot disfrutar dels àpats. Just al darrera es troba el carril bici des d'on es pot anar a peu a Sant Feliu o Platja d'Aro.
