Monte Nido Retreat, minutes to Malibu/Pepperdine

Monte Nido is nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains between Calabasas and Malibu, 5 minutes away from Pepperdine University in Malibu. You can walk to the Backbone trail head from our yard. The guest house has a private entrance, full kitchen, bath and french doors that open up to a private patio with a fountain. There is also a private deck for star gazing and afternoon naps. Perfect for hiking, biking, surfing, and relaxation. There are no streetlights or sidewalks. It is truly paradise.

We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). Redwood House, Two Bedroom Topanga Home Under the Oaks

Lie in a hammock listening to birdsong. Sleep beneath dream catchers and fairy lights. Sculptural lighting and lovingly curated art pepper airy, plant-filled rooms. Beyond expansive windows, alfresco dining and canyon views beckon. While we understand this is a very picturesque location, any filming, photography, or non-standard use of the space is not included in a regular reservation and must be approved & quoted in advance. 3 cabins on the property, each with its own private space.
