Kitchen includes a fridge, oven/stove, microwave and Keurig with complimentary coffee. Onsite is our Island Bar & Grill boat launch ramp and beach. Your rental is in the same structure as our office which has a separate entrance and is only open 9-4. On music nights, the band is just outside your windows, front row seats!

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.
