Golden One Center, the waterfront, and Old Sacramento are a quick ride share or Jump Bike ride. Renovated in April 2019, our well-equipped apartment backs to quiet green space and offers a private patio with gas fire table.

Yard in progress with Bocce ball court, cornhole, hammock and table and chairs available or spend time lounging on your own private deck. Peaceful neighborhood adjacent to downtown and midtown, this chic new space was inspired by travels to Europe and New York City.

Betty’s Bungalow is a newly constructed (built in 2021) guest house located behind our home. It has its own private entrance which is accessed through the main gate to our back yard and is completely separate from our house. At 370 square feet, it's comparable in size to a 1BR hotel suite. With vaulted ceilings, the space feels large and more open than a standard hotel suite. Easy access to Highway 50 and walking distance to East Sacramento's shops and restaurants.
