Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

Cool Mountain House with Lake Access

The house is in a private forest in the White Mountains. Visitors have access to the Mountain Lakes facilities. Kancamagus Scenery Byway, Groton Lake, and Loon are nearby. Well equipped kitchen and a outdoor gas BBQ make gourmet cooking joyful. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a Queen bed, and 3 twin beds, and a full bath. A powder room, washer and dryer are provided. HDTV, WIFI/ land-line phone are available. Bring flea spray and a compass, be careful with animals in the woods.

The cottage has an open living space with views of the lake from the living room and kitchen. Both bedrooms are on the main floor with full beds. There is also a loft with 2 twin beds. A nice-sized flat lot with a fire pit near the water. Shallow entry is great for swimming. Also enjoy the 2 kayaks provide.

There is plenty to do, including ping pong, foosball, and air hockey, piano, 4 TVs, and whole-house sound system. The huge backyard has a badminton/volleyball net, horseshoes, and a putting green.

Grill dinner and eat on the covered deck, or sit in the Adirondack chairs at the firepit as the sun sets over the lake.
