For starters, Orillia has an Opera house, originally built in 1874, and modified by 1895 to include turreted towers and a wraparound balcony modelled after formal Opera Houses in Europe. Unfortunately, after a 1915 fire, much of the building was destroyed, and the rebuilt design only included one turret.

The Kadz loop is hilly and provides a fantastic view of the beaver pond at Lookout Ridge. The Casey loop is similar in terrain but features a picturesque stream.
