This restaurant re-opened after renovations and is under new management. Spacious, open, modern décor with large outdoor patio. Extensive menu. I've tried the lobster filled mushroom caps and fish chowder. Both excellent.
They also offer live music on certain nights. Phone the restaurant to find out dates.
Location is set in from the street behind the Tim Horton's drive through.

Beautiful historic home. Staff are really friendly and will provide tips on places to visit. They have outdoor concerts Wednesday evenings starting July 6th through to end of August.

The Bedeque Museum just off highway 1A and on 171. Surprisingly a lot of artifacts on two floors. Gives a sense of what it was like living on PEI from the late 1700's to early 1900's. There is a guide dressed in period clothing who can answer any questions. $5.00 entry fee for adults.

A bit out of the way but they have a children's playground, washroom facilities and at low tide a long quiet beach. You get a great view of Confederation Bridge in the distance.
