Local farm to table restaurant who do a good job of keeping their menu fresh and affordable but also exciting! It can get packed out during dinner service, but you get to wait and have a drink and wander around their garden boxes and on-site farm wares as they tend to them! It's a really neat little spot that I feel has a good ambiance and tasty food!

This place is right in the heart of midtown, and it's got something for everyone. Full service liquor bar, always broadcasting soccer, rugby or other matches for the sports loving Irishman in ya! I like the bartenders and the crowd...its always a good mix of different demographics which makes for a fun energy!

Awesome highly recommended cafe that has award winning homemade cooking, great staff, and a few locally run locations all over Tallahassee. I love going there for a Saturday morning breakfast with my family, or sometimes I sneak by on a weekday before work if I need a pick me up bc their food is so delish and comforting!!!

AZU is hands down one of my husband and I's all time favorite date meal choices! We also both LOVE the Sunday brunch buffet (think unlimited SUSHI, soup, american asian classics and all done VERY well!). I've never tried a dish I did not like, and I am always impressed bc their menu is extensive!

Parks & Nature
This amazing little river inlet has been a favorite of ours for kayaking, canoeing and even just lounging and swimming! Our daughter loves the clear crisp water and sandy shore for playing, and I love seeing some of the most beautiful wildlife in our area. There is a canoe/kayak rental and a U-Pick blueberry farm just before the park entrance and we love making a day of it and doing both when berries are in season!

Gorgeous views, tons of space to roam, fly kites, trails to hike, ride your bike or horse or just walk your dog around! This is by far one of my husbands favorite spot as a Tallahassee native :)

We buy annual memberships because we visit so often with our daughter! They have an amazing new zipline course for all ages, tons of animal exhibits, an old time farm exhibition that I adore, tons of education courses offered (like blacksmithing, canning, and more) and a full fledge school program (an amazing Preschool that is one the best in our county)! You will enjoy the canopied walk through the park, can stop at their cafe for a bite and spend the day learning about what makes this area so unique!
