World Class grocery shopping. One of my south african guests couldn't believe she got her favorite S.A. peppers there! Great hot bar and restaurant inside. sometimes music, movies and more inside. Etc.

Parks & Nature
Niagara Falls is about 2 hours from the house. I have enjoyed day and night visits there and the Falls can be enjoyed year round in sun or when it is raining. I recommend the boat ride to the falls or walking under the falls.

Great views and Hiking. The Country Museum in Mumford may be near there to visit too.

I love the Homestead and history but really was intrigued by the carriage house on site to the left of the home. I also love going to festivals there especially the Chriskindl November fundraiser and large art fare. There is also a lovely art show each August.
