OK...this is unusual. It is an urban farm that grows what they sell in their restaurant. Salads, pickled vegetables, really good bread, etc. You at least need to walk down there and see it...

This is a little pricier but worth a visit because it is overlooking the marina and incredible sunsets. Best to make a reservation for dinner so you can get a great table - tell them you want to be where the sunsets are. Again...walkable.
