Arts & Culture

The Nezu Museum collects more than 7,400 objects including calligraphy, painting, sculpture, metalwork and arms, ceramics, lacquer, bamboo crafts, textiles, and archaeological work . There are seven items designated as National Treasures, 87 Important Cultural Properties, and 94 works registered as Important Art Objects. Here you can see the highlights from our permanent collection. Hours 10 am to 5 pm (entrance closes at 4:30 pm). Hours apply to Galleries, Museum Shop, NEZUCAFÉ , and Garden. Closed Closed on Mondays, during exhibition installations, and during the New Year's holiday period. However, when a National Holiday falls on a Monday, the museum is open on that Monday and is closed on the following Tuesday. Entrance Fees General admission to a special exhibition Adult : 1300 yen (1100 yen). Student ［High school student or above］:1000 yen (800 yen).
