This is a stunning National Trust house and gardens plus a great farm for the kids. If you are not a member keep the stub on your parking ticket [£2/car/day] and get the parking fee off your drinks in the restaurant! You do not need to be a member to walk around the park land, go into the quart yard with shops, use the cafe or the restaurant or go round the church.
