I love to Island Hop, snorkel and scuba dive and Caribou Dive Center is my favorite place in Davao to do this for the past 10 years. Just go down there on any day and you can talk to them about whatever you want to do and they will tell you what boats are already scheduled you can join or make an individual plan for you. Every Saturday and Sunday they have group boats going out that you can just join in with doing island hopping, snorkel and scuba. You can also get certified there in scuba diving. They have a great staff and team there and you will have soooo much fun..... try it! Tell them Robert sent you over,
