Opatija offers beautiful parks, beaches and a 10km coastal promenade Lungomare. There are many restaurants, caffe bars and shops around the main city road, everyone will find something they enjoy.

Everything is made in Mediterranean style with stone and narrow streets that hide several art galleries and ateliers. The heart of Volosko is a small fishing harbour which is used today for many different events (local vocal groups, jazz music and more). Lungomare, a 10 km long sea-side promenade starts in Volosko and goes all the way to Lovran.
