Parks & Nature

(1 hr drive) Stunning views and a castle (access by guided tour only) Cars are not allowed beyond the Glenveagh Visitor Centre but you can walk or cycle along lakeside (3.6km route) to the castle, or take the shuttle bus (every 15 minutes) for a small charge. (45 minute drive) Cliffs of Slieve League are among the highest in Europe, over 600m+ high. TIP: From Teelin road you are taken to the lower car park where you can park and walk the 1.5 to the viewpoint or you can drive to the upper car park through the gate (be sure to close the gate behind you) and walk from there. I recommended going early in the morning to avoid any crowds during the summer.
Slieve League Car Park

(45 minute drive) Cliffs of Slieve League are among the highest in Europe, over 600m+ high.
