Cosy country wear!
A good idea to bring slippers or warm woollen socks. If you like walking in the countryside you’ll need walking boots or wellies with good grip. In winter you’ll need a change of trousers as your trousers will get muddy! Trousers & warm jumper perfect September- June. Don’t forget something dressy if you’re planning to eat out at any of the gorgeous country pubs!

No taxis local to us, best to come by car. Or if you’re looking for a quiet weekend without a car Kingham station is the nearest railway station. Once with us you can leave the car at Kingham station and travel direct to Oxford, 30 minutes, & London 1 hour.
