Fishing At Lower Mill Estate
Mill Lake – Located to the rear of the property and accessed through the small gate off Mill Village. The property has a private fishing peg on this lake which is located on the edge of the lake exactly to the rear of the property. Carp, Tench and Bream.
Farmhouse Lake – Only for competent anglers. Carp, Tench, Bream.
Flagham Fen – Trout.
Spinney Lake – Carp, Tench, Perch.
All fishing activities must comply with the Lower Mill Estate Fishing Club Rules. No fish are to removed from the Estate with the exception of Trout from

Cotswold Lakes Trust Angling Memberships - offers a number of its lakes for angling in association with Ashton Keynes Angling Club. Some of these lakes have been fished for decades and are some of the most iconic destinations in the Cotswold Water Park.
