A 500-foot swimming beach is located just south of the causeway. Facilities include a changing house, showers, restrooms, and two volleyball courts. Swimming is permitted in designated areas during daylight hours only. Please exercise caution while swimming at the beach.

Originally constructed in 1939, the Linesville State Fish Hatchery is situated on 97 developed acres (2,500 total acres) of land owned by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and managed by the Fish and Boat Commission.
The facility consists of earthen ponds, exterior concrete raceways, a hatchery building that contains interior stainless steel and concrete raceways, and jar and vertical flow through tray egg incubators.
Water is supplied from Pymatuning Reservoir and production wells.

The hatchery annually hosts an open house "A Day at the Hatchery" on a Saturday in early April to showcase how the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission provides fishing and boating opportunities. Exhibits, demonstrations and activities are provided during this popular event.

The Sandbar concession stand featuring tasty snacks, ice cream and beach supplies is new this year. Hours: Noon – 6 pm weather permitting.
Docks – 1-hour public docking is located at the end of the metal docks. All other docks are rented for the season and not open for public use. To be put on the waiting list for a dock in the future, email the borough secretary at clboro@ zoominternet.net
Swimming lessons will be offered this summer for children. Mary Beth Jacobs will be the instructor again this year. Lessons are $50 per student. Lessons begin July 6th through July 23rd. Call Mary Beth to register. 814-382-2810 or 814-332-7746

The booth may be open other days as well. Additional parking is available on the Borough’s lot, a block west on Line Street, across from the post office for no charge. A season parking pass is available at the ticket booth for $40.

Livingston Spring Water - Fill up your own jugs
Delicious natural spring that has been running water for decades. Many locals use this as their primary water source. Take a jug and fill it up. Right on 285, Right on Church Rd., Left on Livingston Rd. Go about 1.5 miles and the pipe with spring water coming out will be on your left. Look carefully as it is not marked.
