Loved the loud 80s music. We sat on swings round a table and watched the most interesting people come and go, like heavily tatooed bikers and the like. Don't even remember the food, must have been ok.

They have eat all you can prawn feasts, and reasonable seafood, but the beauty is in the idyllic setting. pink tinged fairytale beach with boulders and penguins dotted around, going about their business and entertaining the diners. So special.

Gentle walk through the green belt between the houses of Constantia. Prolific birdlife, river and forest setting. Meet locals walking their dogs or jogging, or birdwatching groups, or scouts on a mission. So peaceful.

Extensive bird and wildlife sanctuary, including a monkey park, which is very popular. You enter a walk in enclosure and interact with the cute squirrel monkeys.

You look out at False Bay over Fishoek and Muizenberg to the left and towards Simonstown to the right. you feel on top of the world!
Most ecologically diverse area for birding and flowers. And the West Coast is just a beautiful natural wild place where I love to be.
