Take care when swimming !
The riptides can be extremely dangerous. Be careful swimming and check out the weather and beach tides to plan accordingly. Inform everyone in your group the following
Do not swim toward shore.
You will be fighting the current, and you will lose.
Swim parallel to shore, across the current.
Generally speaking, a riptide is less than 100 ft. wide, so swimming beyond it should not be too difficult.
If you cannot swim out of the riptide, float on your back and allow the riptide to take you away from shore until you are beyond the pull of the current.

This can keep little ones safe! Also, the black out drapes are good to have in the master bedroom and guest room (with ensuite), however don't tug too hard, they should slide easily to open and close. Also, keep little ones from tugging on them and pulling them down (will damage the walls).

We have 4 new Tommy Bahama Beach chairs and a new wagon to get to the super easy beach access right across the street.

We provide a "starter kit"...
Two keurig coffee pods, a sponge, one roll of paper towels, one role of toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher pods, two washing machine pods and liquid dish soap, a dispenser is in each bathroom that is filled with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
Note: We have a keurig and also regular coffee maker. We also have standard coffee filters (for the basic coffee pot); sugar, sweet and low, vegetable cooking oil and spices. The kitchen is supplied with all the comforts of home including a blender, toaster, fridge with icemaker and water on the outside, wine glasses and wine opener, etc..

The Farmers Market on Saturday's in downtown!
Easy to bike to! Wonderful pastries, bread, etc in addition to the local vegetables and fruit. If you get there early enough you can buy fresh local shrimp (he always sells out early though!). If you miss the shrimp at the Farmers Market. Publix also sells fresh local "Mayport Shrimp" - however, it can also sell out fast during busy times!
