A new development on the historical Constantia Uitsig Estate, the Heritage market is a super cool spot to visit! Hosted in a smattering of cute little houses there is everything from the MOST delicious hand made ice cream to lovely restaurants, wine tasting and arts and crafts spots. A must visit.

Arts & Culture
This is one of my favourite places to spend a day...Not only does the foundation host an amazing collection of African art, the sculpture garden is a splendid example of the famous flora of the Cape, fynbos. The garden is truly stunning and has fabulous sculptures dotted around as well as handy refreshment stations serving chilled wine so that you can walk around feeling MOST civilised! In addition there is a wonderful restaurant overlooking the gardens as well as an ice cream parlour for the kids. The gallery has free entry on a Monday. I have to stop myself from going here too often!

On the corner of the shopping centre are also a gathering of Zimbabwean crafters who do the most stunning African bead work - so keep an eye out for that!
