This place is locally famous for serving udon in a hotpot. It's called "houtou" and it udon served in a miso broth with broiled vegetables and meat. This is regional cuisine that you can only taste while you're in Yamanashi. This is a must-try cuisine that you shouldn't miss out on.

When you get off Kobuchizawa IC, you come to a T-junction. Turn left and eventually you'll see a long white board to your left.

3777-3 Okkoto観光の一息にぜひ寄ってみたいそば屋。町内に多数のそば屋が点在するなか、おっこと亭は5本の指に入るほどの人気ぶり。
とあるアニメ監督がたまに利用することで地元で有名。

Take a bus from JR Kofu station. Get off at "Yamanashi-kenritsu bijutsukan" bus stop. If you are coming by car, get off the Chuo expressway at Kofu Showa IC.

高森観音堂
8059 Sakaiしだれ桜の樹齢が250年だと言われ、4月中旬以降が見どころです。
入笠山は地元にある人気観光地であり、アウトドア派の方にはお勧めです。Fujimi Houseの近くにあるため、日帰りトレッキングには最適です。初心者でもベテランでも楽しめて頂上からの見晴は最高です！
もちろんゴンドラで頂上付近まで行くことも可能です。
Mount Nyukasa is very close to ICA Fujimi House and a must-visit hiking area for guests who love outdoor activities. There is also a gondola that takes you near the top of the mountain.
The peak is at an altitude of 1955, and is one of the most popular mountains to visit in the area. The panoramic view from the top is very rewarding and definitely worth visiting if you're coming to stay at our place.

The castle was dismantled during the Meiji Restoration when the new Japanese government abolished fiefdom. The castle was rebuild near the foot of lake Suwa due to its historical significance.
