Great waterfront area on the Potomac River, an easy walk from the apartment. Sequoia is chill for happy hour right by the water. Farmers Fishers Bakers has great food but requires a reservation. Fiola Mare is a nicer seafood restaurant. There is an iceskating rink in the fountain in the middle in the winter. The park is a relaxing area just down from the busy M Street/Wisconsin Ave intersection.
