The Mill cafe is excellent. Get a great lunch here, do some shopping and do the Mill tour to learn all about the process of making the famous Foxford throws and scarfs. It’s all here

Nice walks around Ashford Castle woods and in the town of Cong. Plenty of places to eat locally, from a formal Afternoon Tea at Ashford Castle to local pubs and other restaurants on the Castle grounds. Recommend them all.
