While we are large in diversity, beauty and ‘BVI LOVE’ we are small in geographical size, many roads are unnamed or not officially defined with addresses. Being an island chain with limited population people have been here for centuries and often locate places by a family reference, landmarks and creative directions. This has been part of BVI culture. Since becoming a major tourist destination in recent decades and now ranked as the #1 Caribbean Destination (US News & World Report) in 2019 work continues on our National Address System. Do ask folks and use BVI Maps &signs to get around.
