If you cross to the other side of the creek (either by swimming or over the bridge) there's a little cafe for coffee and treats).

Head to the mountains if you have a car. There's all sorts of Great Walks you can do, but Purlingbrook Falls is a good one :) Canyon Circuit is about 4kms, and has a few waterfalls and pretty lookouts too. There are some longer ones but I'd strongly recommend checking weather forecasts before going out (BOM) as it rains a lot more there than it does on the coast.

Just a 1km circuit, but you see a lot of cool, dramatic geography! About a one hour drive away, but worth it if you love getting lost in nature's beauty. There used to be a lot of glow worms in the cave, but unfortunately, due to a lot of buses of tourists over time, they aren't as specular as they used to be.
