a must see park with beautiful vivid colors surrounded by water, with an underground freshwater spring that, even though its freezing cold, creates long diving queues there is still no exact estimation on how deep the eye is, but divers have only reached 50 m.

with 360 degree view (like every decent castle has, here in Albania) you can see the ever growing Saranda town, the island of Corfu, Butrinti lake, the Riviera coastline and on the other side: the fields, rivers and majestic mountains ( or as my guest from NZ called them " small hills")
its always windy so you won't feel hot but don't forget your sunscreen.

its raw Albanian Riviera at its best. there are round smooth pebbles everywhere, the water is crystal clear, even underwater you walk on a smooth surface of a big stony plaques and it looks like sand. the view from the top restaurant is amazing and the food is great.
the road to get there is not paved, it looks like you'd be going on a jungle adventure for a few minutes. and from there you descend to the beach via stairs.

Lukovë - Shpellë
Lukovë - Shpellëlong sandy and gravely beach on one side and behind you fields and hills filled with olive trees.
the water is clear and deep. there is a certain feeling you get when you go in the water here and i just can't explain it, you have to see for yourself.
there are many restaurants there but i don't recommend any of them.
this beach is located in one of the bays of Lukove village, the road to get there is difficult not suited for every vehicle.
for this reason it is not crowded and absolutely perfect.
this is a sandy beach, surrounded by a forest of olive trees which make it 10 times more beautiful.

this is a beautiful beach away from the crowds . it is a 40 minute picturesque drive from Sarande, the road to the beach gets difficult after you leave the main road but it is all worth it.
the food is also good and so are the prices.

To go from Sarande to Ksamil by bus
I’m order for you to travel from Sarande to Ksamil you need to take the bus. It departs every 30 minutes usually at the 00 minute mark And 30 minute mark ( please keep in mind that due to traffic it will be delayed) . There’s a station near the port , near supermarket Conad. And another one in the center in front of the synagogue ( right near friendship park). The ticket costs 100 lek. The Same bus can also take you to Butrint but you must ask the driver or ticket guy for confirmation. Have a safe trip !

Boat rides to virgin beaches you can’t drive to
Along the promenade and near Limani restaurant there are big wooden boats and small boats that take you on a tour to 3 or 4 different beaches. You enjoy each of them for about an hour. Some offer food some don’t. However bring your own food and beverage because once you are in Krorez you will stay there until 4 or 5 pm . The boats usually depart at 8 or 9 or earlier and they usually cost about 25€ per person
