Dining in the area
Here are some of the places that we really like in the immediate area (all walking distance).
Great, very cool, fun and pleasant place to meet for coffee and pastries, full brunch, lunch, drinks and dinner.
Located right across from beautiful and expansive Inwood Hill Park, and just down the street from Columbia Universities two stadiums.
We eat here often and highly recommend it.
This is a nice 10-minute walk from the apartment. And you can walk along the park the entire way.

This place is right next door to the Starbucks, and, incidentally, has much better coffee, so, if they're open, I'd opt for theirs over Starbucks, but that's just me. They also have a full bar and lots of nice food options.
