Open early, open every day (incl weeekends) and only a 5min walk away. They offer full breakfast, and lovely options for a quick snack or lunch. I like to sometimes opt for an easy dinner with one of their chicken pies or quiches they make instore and a side of one of their great salads. They are happy to combine a choice of salads in one container and normally have at least six salads to choose from.

Dont worry if you dont have a booking, in my experience they will always try to seat you, you may just need to wait at their bar for a pre drink or their next door bar TDL is a great place to stop in - TDL also deliver a selection of the Mexicanos menu here if you prefer. I enjoy sometimes eating here instead if I feel like socialising / bar, lounge scene / with food I wish I could cook at home!

They always seem to be able to put a modern twist on Thai classics. Personally I will always eat on their bar side, small menu but every bite is amazing and not flavour overload. If your into seafood do not miss their scallops or calamari, they do it very very well. Their lettuce and spinach cups are also fantastic. What I love about dining on their bar side is I can get to try lots of their amazing flavours without the intensity of one main dish. Superb spot.

Great Breakfast spot, you can find regular items and lots of new innovative offerings. Everytime I have been, the food feels really fresh and made with passion. Some items are art on a plate! Bookings ideal.

Originally an 19th century industrial precinct from the 19th century now made home to good restaurants, no chain store shops, lovely fabric stores, NZ made apparel / keepsakes / food and an amazing little cinema (Deluxe cinemas). I've been to this cinema many times, they do lovely cheese boards, beverages and hot assorted nuts. Lunch, shops and a movie = a good afternoon out at The Tannery!
