Sightseeing

Hop on the ferry over to Raymond Island and enjoy the peaceful walking tracks through untouched bushland and foreshore - while keeping your eye out in the trees above for the sleepy marsupials! Part of a relocation program back in 1953, Raymond Island is now a peaceful sanctuary for these furry animals with a koala population unlike any other place in Australia! Some lucky people have reported seeing up to 30 koalas in one visit - a definite highlight for visitors to this beautiful region!
