Great night life, including many species of possums, tree kangaroos, owls, bandicoots etc. You can take some drinks too if you want - it has a nice park for a picnic dinner before the nightlife begins and if you come early you can view the crater and have a swim too.

Our home offers plenty of nature and there are so many National Parks and places to explore to be in nature its hard to even start a list. Try driving the Silver Valley Road to experience the "outback" savannah. Stop and explore along one of the creeks. Make a loop and come back past the Millstream Falls National Park near Ravenshoe and on another day go out to Tully Falls.
