As it is the most easterly point in Australia its worth the early morning wake up to head up there for sunrise. pack a thermos of coffee and some pastries and have a breakfast picnic on the grass. Also this is a great place to try and spot a whale in their migration between May and November.

A little bit of a drive out of town but its where the locals go. a lovely beach with a bit more breathing room. My little ones love playing in the rocks and pools at the end and there is a beautiful walk over the headland. So beautiful that many of the photo shoots in town happen here.
