Praia do Carvalho, One of my favorite beaches. The setting is incredible and it's one of the best for a swim.

Sightseeing
Trail of the Seven Hanging Valleys, best time to do the trail is the end of spring and the beginning of autumn because the climate is milder and not so hot. So if you're going exclusively to do this trail or if you already have a trip scheduled to the region around this time, enjoy it!!
There is an interesting trek to do. It is called the "trilho dos sete vales suspensos". It goes along the coast for 5,7 km from the beach of Centianes to the beach of Marinha. Best in the early morning or in the sunset. I would recommend to grab a taxi in Carvoeiro until beach of Marinha and walk back along the trail.
