Take public bus 25 from Porta de La Mar or rent light bikes. It s only 12 kms from the city and the bike paths are safe.
You can do a nice and easy hiking itinerary, watch birds, go on a boat around the lake, eat fantastic paellas en El Palmar and enjoy a beautiful sunset.
Bus runs every 10'-15 minutes until 22:00.
