Lovely little town where the original Paniolos (cowboys) came to work on the Parker Ranch. Bring a sweater or a jacket, as it can be cool at 2800 ft above sea level. Lots of great shopping and food and non touristy.

Absolutely Stunning View! You can also hike down into the valley or take horses that will take you further up the valley. This is where many ancient Hawaiians lived and farmed taro.
