The food is okay but the setting is amazing. I’m not sure of any other establishments that get you so close to the Arkansas River. Enjoy the scene, have a beer or cocktails and nosh - fun times!

Parks & Nature
The trailhead is a quick drive from the house. The trail is well-marked and a beautiful hike. This is the same creek that flows behind the house. It’s a bit of a climb in the beginning but it gets easier as you go. You even get to hike part of the Colorado Trail. If you are adventurous you can continue another three miles to the lake!

18999 Co Rd 306This hot spring is only ten minutes from the house. You can soak in the pools or right in the creek. They also offer massage and other spa treatments. We like to go for the exercise classes - both on land and in the water. They are just $15 and include time to soak before and after.
