I wanted to tag the Ice cream place King Scoopa, but it didn't show up. Anyway, pretty popular artisanal ice cream place, always new somewhat crazy flavours, dividing people - do you want more traditional fine flavour italian gelato or do you love this?

If you wan't to explore Södermalm by foot walk your way towards Nytorget. Either go for more of nature walking along the paths on the south coast of the Island until you get to Skanstull and then head uppwards. Or go more for shopping along Hornsgatan to Mariatorget and then start turning a bit to the south to check out the other streets winding your way to Nytorget.

My favourite place to go for a swim is out on the south side of this Island, there is a place half way with a ladder where you can also jump in.
Also there's a pretty new cool outside bar "Hotellet" if weather is nice.
Bring a pizza from Piccolo Angelo (they are huge, enough to share, spinnach pizza with feta and garlic is really good.)
The other Island Långholmen has a small beach which can also be nice. But you can swim on many places around these islands.
Run around both islands for a 5k.
