Pineview Reservoir
Willard Bay State Park
900 W 650 NFull day of water fun and if you are not in the mood to swim or just need a break they have many dry activities too. Our favorite is the Battlestar Blasters game. My husband and I went up against our teenagers (and totally beat them by the way!). They also have mini golf (a very fun course, I must say), a climbing wall, a jungle maze, panning for gold, playground, aeroball (my son loves this one–it’s like trampoline volleyball), and junior jungle boats. It’s actually pretty hard to get it all done in one day because there is plenty to do.

Historic 25th Street was one of the most lawless streets in the country at one time. Brothels, opium dens and speak-easy's occupied most of the buildings. Even Al Capone was noted as saying notorious Two-Bit Street was too wild for him. Now H25 boasts scores of independent restaurants, bars, art galleries, etc.

It is FREE and very close. Head up the canyon on 12th street and this is right by mile marker 9. Squeeze between the fence and head down the trail along the river on the north side of the roadway. On the opposite side of the freeway is a waterfall from the lake overflow
