We had our first experience recently for a friends Birthday celebration. Wow! The tour and taster option is very reasonably priced too.

Recently under new management this hotel/restaurant is accessed by the village plaza. Once through the entrace and reception (just keep walking through), it opens up to an incredible back terrace with a balcony view over the south down to the Med.
The menu is superb and varied to suit most needs. The outdoor grill is fired all year round.
Great selection of wine too!
