when you arrive on Folly, take a left on East Ashley Avenue, at the only stop light on the Island, go all the way to the end of the road, until you find a cul-de-sac. Park and walk approximately .5 mile along a partially paved path to find the lighthouse. You can walk beyond the main lighthouse viewpoint, if the tide is low enough, for even better views, just look for the foot path to the left of the beach.
