In concern for the corona virus I have taken additional steps to prevent the spread of the virus to myself and my guests.
This is a large house with plenty of shared spaces, inside and outside, that allow for social distancing. Shared spaces include three family rooms, two full kitchens, three outside living spaces, two bathrooms, and spa room.
Part of my daily cleaning routine includes the disinfection of all guest rooms and shared spaces. You'll also find bottles of hand sanitizers in all rooms and wipes upstairs and downstairs.
I’m afraid the pool is closed for now. I’m in the middle of building two decks up to the pool and until the construction is done the pool will not be open.
A ONE OF A KIND AIRBNB
Over the years guests have often commented on how staying here felt a bit like being at a private boutique spa. That level of comfort was my goal when I opened my home to Airbnb.
Building on that theme, I've recently added a major new amenity to the home, a beautiful spa room with a 4 person dry sauna, massage table, oils, exercise equipment, aroma therapy, music, and a watercooler with fresh local mountain spring water.
This healthy and relaxing new amenity further contributes to the feelings of peace and relaxation guests will enjoy when they book a room in my home.
With this addition, I've noticed even more guests telling me that they've been to Airbnb's around the world, and in all their travels they've never come across an Airbnb quite like this one. A private room in a house that offers the number, and variety of amenities I do. Guests have said how impressed they were with the value these amenities added to their experience, especially at this price point. They felt it would still be a high value, even at a higher price point..
These comments peeked my curiosity to see how my home really does stack up against other Airbnb properties in amenities, and the value these amenities add to the guest experience staying at my home. I was surprised at what I found.
I can honestly say now, this Airbnb is the best overall value you will find at any "Private Room in a Shared home" Airbnb in the United states.
This bold statement feels like bragging to me, ouch. But I found its really true, let me explain.
There are thousands of private rooms in beautiful homes on Airbnb, many of which are nicer in ways than mine. This however, does not necessarily add overall value to the listing.
No other Private Room in a Shared house even comes close to having the number and variety of additional amenities that I am able to offer my guests here.
You can easily verify this claim yourself.
I filtered my search across the country for, "Private Rooms" in a "shared house". This comparative search turned up just 9 listings, 4 of which were mine. Now, add to these Airbnb filters a beautiful 4 person dry spa, which Airbnb doesn't filter for, and my home stands out completely from all other listings on Airbnb.
This unmatched additional value, combined with a super host rating, and some of the consistently highest guest ratings in the state makes this the top overall value listing on Airbnb.
The value of additional amenities doesn't end with just these Airbnb filtered amenities. Here's a list of even more amenities you'll find that increase the positive guest experience both at home, and out and about, as guests are able explore like a local, the community and many of the unlimited outdoor recreational opportunities all around this place.
I've worked hard to provide my guests a variety of year around opportunities to explore my amazing location like a local. When guests leave I want them feeling relaxed, recharged, and fortunate that they found a unique and special place, one they'll want to return to.
YEAR AROUND ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
* In home massage
I've arranged with a professional licensed massage therapist, to come to my home when guests have booked with him, for a one of a kind in home spa experience. Ryan will meet you in the spa room and give an amazing individual or couples deep tissue massage.
After a long day of travel, exploring the outdoors, or skiing one of our two world class resorts, there is no better way to end an evening then relaxing in the sauna or soaking in the hot tub. Now guests can add to this, a relaxing full body massage. You will sleep like never before.
* A fleet of Electric Bikes
I offer my guests the use of one of four electric bikes. On these E bikes guests can easily explore the beautiful Ogden River Parkway, just .5 miles from my home. This tranquil 12 mile paved parkway begins near the mouth of Ogden canyon, near an unexpected roadside waterfall and natural riverside hot springs. The trail follows the winding river through downtown Ogden, the confluence of the Ogden and Weber rivers, and south past historic Fort Buenaventura, the site of an original trappers outpost, finally ending in Riverdale.
These bikes are designed to be ridden on dry, dirt, and snowy surfaces so you can really get out year around and explore like a local.
* Electric car charging
Guests driving an electric vehicle can charge at my home for a small additional fee of $1.5 per hour.

You'll first notice the clean, bright, minimalist, and open design of the interior, its unlike anything you've ever been in. All these industry leading advancements and technologies, in an affordable sport sedan, makes this the car the future of automobile transportation.

*STAND UP PADDLE BOARDS AND KAYAK.
I love to hook my guests up with all the gear they need to get out on the water and really experience this fun locals activity. I can outfit you with the board, paddle, life vest, picnic cooler and water proof phone bag. On these inflatable boards guests can easily get out on one of two near by lakes, the closest only 10 min from my house. The other lake is limited to paddle sports only. This cool lake has no beaches so everyone hangs out on their boards or kayaks.
On this mountain lake guests can peacefully explore any of the several pine tree lined canyons. If your more into just hanging out on the water, hang out in the bay and watch people jump from 30 -40' cliffs, listen to music and have a picnic.

WHY IS THIS PLACE SO SPECIAL
