The neighborhood is close to the main attractions but still in a quite zone for you be able to have a good sleep. The neighbors are working, respectful and quiet people. Very important to me to respect the environment.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second one with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space to store your belongings, and the master one also has a private bathroom with tub and shower. A sliding door separates the master bedroom from the living room, where an additional single bed is located for a 5 guest. By opening the door, you can make the apartment look bigger and have a much open space. The living room also has a sofa and plasma TV, ideal to sit and enjoy a Good movie together before going to sleep. For sure, you will eat one or several times at one of the amazing restaurants close by, however, if you want to save a little money, cooking at home can be a great decision, and here, you’ll be able to do it. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, all kitchen utensils and tableware. A nice round dining table is next to the kitchen, great to have a nice dinner with your friends or loved ones. The terrace is a great spot to go out and take a breath of fresh air, sit at the swing chair and read a good book, or just stare at the sea in front of you. The common pool area is also visible from the terrace, so, this is definitely a great place to stay. WIFI and air conditioning are included. Best of all is that you’ll not only be close to the beach but also just 100meters away from Ushuaia club, in the heart of Playa d’en Bossa.   • Stranden er bakgården! Jeg kunne leve på dette dekk. Tom Petty sa at venter er den vanskeligste delen, men å forlate Thomas 'var den vanskeligste delen ... Jeg var her utenom sesongen, så det var stille og fredelig. Våkne opp til soloppgangen og det blå vannet var fantastisk, som var tilgangen til stranden. Interiørmøbler er litt sparsomme (stue), men hvis jeg pakker folk inn på et feststed, kan jeg gjøre det samme. Flott å ha TV for innkallingsdag (er).   • Selv om vi ikke kjenner Thomas personlig, var han veldig oppmerksom på oss. Han ga oss anbefalinger av steder og reagert raskt på våre meldinger. Han hjalp oss på alle mulige måter og gjorde oppholdet så hyggelig som mulig. Vi var 5 personer, og vi var veldig komfortable. Hver i en seng. Den rene gulvet og alt du trenger på kjøkkenet.   • Mario er en fantastisk vert! Veldig responsiv og lokal innsikt. Marios sted er en flott liten villa, fint basseng og fellesareal å legge seg ut. Flott uteplass møbler å bare slappe av. Dobbeltrommet er en frittstående bygning med eget bad og soverom. Det er innen gangavstand til strandklubber, sjø og mange restauranter. Rett i nærheten av flyplassen. Samlet flott, vil trolig bestille igjen når vi kommer tilbake.
