Connect with Nature in Colorado
I will take you into the mountains to experience and connect with Colorado on a gorgeous hiking trail! We will usually hike a moderate trail located within 1 hour of our morning meeting spot. This adventure is for all level hikers. Most hikes are a bit challenging, but we will go slow and the views make the adventure well worth it! Our focus will be on immersing ourselves in the vibrancy of nature, so we will take our time and admire the beauty around us! We will walk the trail and experience trees, rocks, snow, and mountain vistas from a new perspective! We can take breaks to admire wildlife and the large and small interconnected communities all around us! In the winter, we will traverse a beautiful snow covered trail up to a scenic view. Microspikes are available if there is any concern about walking in snow or ice. At the top of our trail we will take a relaxing lunch break where you can reflect, hang out, and explore! I will take tons of high quality pictures throughout the experience and send them to you in a folder after your hike. Because of the varying terrain and high altitude in Colorado, the hike may be more challenging depending on your fitness level. I am here to make this a pleasant and memorable day for everyone, so don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or reservations!

Scenic Sunrise hike through Red Rocks
Hikes will depart rain or shine : ) Uber and Lyft both come here and cost between $20-$30 one way. I will give you specific directions for our meeting place & from there we'll hit the trail at an easy pace. I'll give you some of the history of the area & show you amazing views for photos. This is one of Colorado's most beautiful hikes. If you are looking for an easy hike that is jam packed with gorgeous views, this hike is definitely for you! It's well worth rising early to take this hike, when the sun first hits the rocks - the views will take your breath away. We'll take plenty of time for picture taking & rest stops. It's a 1.5 mile hike. There is a slight elevation rise on the last 1/2 of the walk that is very doable for even novice hikers. We stop often so there is plenty of time to take in the view, take amazing photos & catch your breath. The time of the hike varies between 70 and 90 minutes depending on the size of the group. You will leave with incredible photos that your friends will envy. Along the way, if we are lucky, we will see some of the wildlife that call the park home. We'll end the hike back where we started & you can visit the amphitheater on your own while enjoying snacks & a Cold Frappuccino I provide. This is an easy to lightly moderate hike good for most skill levels. There is a gradual incline of 325 feet.

Sacred Cacao Circle w/ Guided Meditation
Join me and take a journey back to your heart in a unique Denver experience like no other! For thousands of years, the ancient Maya, Olmec, and Aztec civilizations used cacao to connect physically and spiritually back to each other and back to their hearts. A Maya legend tells of when there is an imbalance between Humans and their activity and Earth, Cacao comes from the rainforest to remind people of their hearts and return the Earth to a state of harmony. During the winter months, this event is hosted indoors at the RiNo Yoga Social Studio. The address will be provided at the time of booking. We will prepare for the cacao ceremony by sitting in a circle on our yoga mats. After a spiritual, elemental, and cosmic invocation, we will drink our cacao together (A sacred cup of hot chocolate). I will then lead you through an invigorating 20-minute breathwork session, followed by a guided meditation to ignite you into your truth. On this 1.5-hour journey, you will experience firsthand the heart-opening magic of cacao. No experience is necessary. Please come with an open mind and heart. Please reach out with any questions about this experience or request additional times/days. Private group ceremonies are available. A Yoga mat, and ceremonial cacao drink will be provided. The cacao drink is vegan. Please let me know if you have any food allergies.

Silversmithing with a Local Artist
Experience the excitement of making your own piece of jewelry! This is a three hour hands-on workshop, in which you will learn the silversmithing fabrication techniques to make a sterling silver band ring. All materials and tools will be provided for the workshop. Just come, have fun and learn! During the workshop you will be lead step-by-step through the processes. It is a very safe environment, however each participate will be asked to sign a liability waiver and safety will be discussed. The process begins by measuring and cutting a piece a sterling silver the desired width of your ring. Next the metal is annealed with a torch. Annealing is the process of heating metal with a flame to make it malleable. After each time the metal is heated, it is cleaned in a solution to remove the oxidation that is created on the surface. Once the metal is prepared, you will have choices of hammers and metal stamps to texture a pattern onto the sterling silver, creating your personal design. Then the metal is cut to the length required for your ring size, formed into shape and soldered together. The final steps are refining, buffing and polishing your creation to have a beautiful shine! Rest assured that your safety is our priority. Regarding COVID-19, we have a cleaning protocol in place. Disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer are available for your use.
Astronomy Tour
Discover the wonders of the night sky just outside of Boulder with our all-ages tour! Accessible by car, Taxi, Lyft & Uber, the tour starts at sunset and lasts for 2 hours. You'll be able to take in the breathtaking beauty of these celestial objects through our telescopes with your own eyes. The tour takes place at an easy-to-find trailhead, and there's no hiking required. You'll have the chance to see phenomenal sunsets and wildlife in the area. We provide our guests with a red flashlight, comfy camp seating, bug spray, and bottled water (upon request). We encourage our guests to bring questions, a sense of wonder, and warm clothing (as it can get cool after sunset). We can accommodate most requests for availability to fit your travel plans (the sooner the request, the better - we prefer to have at least 1 week's notice). Private group rates are flexible, so please contact us for details. Please keep in mind that the tour is subject to cancellation if the weather is too cloudy to see any stars.

Bob Ross Style Painting Classes w/ a Certified Instructor
Times can be adjusted, please message if you would like to see if we can fit your schedule. I consider Steve Ross a good friend and look forward to sharing stories about him and his dad. You'll start with a blank canvas, and at the end you'll have a happy little painting with all Bob's favorite items, clouds, mountain, lake and of course, trees! We go over everything, including adding the liquid white, to signing your finished piece. All supplies are provided, including a 9 x 12 canvas. You will learn how to hold the brushes properly, how to load the brushes with paint, and how to apply the loaded brush to the canvas to get your desired effect. You will learn the how's and why's of making this wet-on-wet technique flow from your fingertips - well at least make a grand effort for your first painting. You can look for this to be fun, entertaining and educational. Class is set at 2.5 hours but for one or two students in a class you could be done quicker, if four or more in a class it may run longer. Other things to note: Remember we are working with oil paints, and it may not come out of clothes. Wear something you don't mind getting paint on.
