We will smoothly move along the cost in the calm water of the lake, enjoying some drink and watch some amazing private villas and gardens, visible only from the lake. We will visit this magic Island Comacina where we will tell you some story... Then we will pass in fron of Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella, Villa Balbiano and many others. Stopping in some special corner you can enjoy some prosecco, get the sun, swimm and relax. After that we will go back at the starting point. In case there is no availability on the calendar try to contact me anyway, we may find a solution for you! The cruise will be subject to the weather conditions. In case of storm we could go back to the port earlier or don't even start sailing.

Welcome to my hands-on experience. I truly believe that everybody can prepare excellent pizzas at home. Therefore, everyone will have fun kneading, by hand, their pizza dough. The purpose is to learn to make pizza without professional equipment, so we will bake our pizzas in a kitchen oven. I will give you all the tips to bake a pizza, crafted with your own hands, that you will want to share with your family, friends, and everyone around you. You will learn how to knead the dough and handle the fermentation. I will tell you how to choose, prepare, and use the toppings for your pizza. Also, I will show you the baking strategy to obtain a pizza that is crispy outside and very airy inside. After the class, I will mail the step-by-step recipe to you. Finally, we will eat pizza and drink some complimentary wine to celebrate life as Italians do. Other things to note Sorry, we can't provide gluten-free or vegan food. You have eaten pasta many times, sure, but after our course you will cook at home and share with your guests ! Don't you belive it? It will be a relaxed walk while I take some amazing candid photos and pirtraits with the city, the lake and different spots as your background. We will stop on the lakefront to admire the view. Are we going to photograph Italian-style over coffee? Don't be afraid we’ll help in the best poses for the photos. Even if this is your first experience of the photoshoot I will help you to relax and have fun. I'll provide 30 HD edited photos (individual) and 50 (for a couple) by private gallery in 15 days after the session. If you want a photoshoot in another city or location, villa or hotel or a special date with your love, wedding, group of friends or others, please send me a message before. Join for a genuine Italian cooking class! Your friendly chef offer beginner’s cooking classes in the art of pasta making. The class is hosted in her “casa di epoca”, a beautiful, vintage, Italian home, walking distance to the center of Como. Your host is an American, but has lived with her Italian husband in Italy for over 14 years. She has a passion for the Italian lifestyle, and would love to share it with you! The hands-on class will teach you how to make different kinds of pasta with delicious sauces. The pasta and sauces will be based on whatever is in season, and can easily be replicated on your own. Once you have made the pasta, you then sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor! Lunch is served in a beautiful dining room with your fellow students, where you can enjoy a delicious meal, including wine, water, dessert and coffee.
