This modern country decorated home provides the perfect comfortable setting for single or multi family enjoyment. The fully functional kitchen is available for making a quick snack or a full meal. The back acreage is perfect for building a snowman or doing a little cross country skiing.

Experience Hygge to its fullest by having hot chocolate by the wood burning fireplace or fondue at our dining table that seats 10.

Single family house within walking distance of downtown Rutland. Many restaurants, bars, movies, bowling, farmer's market, etc to do. 15-20 minute drive to Pico and Killington. 30 minutes to Okemo. Mountain bike parks near by- Pine Hill, Killington and Okemo. Adventure park at Killington. 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. House sleeps 8+comfortably. Room for more if needed. Keurig coffee maker in kitchen, microwave, toaster, crock pot. Kitchen is fully furnished. AC units on first floor and second.

We have consistently updated it with all of the amenities needed to relax, including Air Conditioning, High Speed wifi, Cable, big screen TV and sound bar.

Either way you’ll find tons of great outdoor activities & hiking, and lots of local shops and restaurants.

Cow Barn Lodge

Our home is located in MT. Tabor, Vermont, just off of Route 7, in a country setting with beautiful Mountain views of the Green Mountain National Forest, Dorset and Danby Mountains. The house is an old barn converted into a beautiful spacious home, on 4 acres. Snowmobiling from our place, plus 4 major ski areas less than 30 miles away. Hiking, fishing, swimming, golfing, and the Equestrian horse show are all nearby. as well as shopping in nearby Manchester and Rutland Vermont.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A beautifully restored schoolhouse circa 1860 welcomes you. Situated on a quiet country road this adorable home on one wooded acre has lovely mountain views and a peaceful setting. Nearby you will find skiing, hiking trails and quaint Vermont towns with shops and restaurants. Manchester and Rutland are 30 min. drives, Dorset is just 20 min. Granville NY has a large grocery store and other shops and is only a 15 min. drive.

A Frame style home with 100 + feet of lake frontage. 2 bedroom plus a loft bedroom with 2 twin beds. 1 and 1/2 baths and large open basement A-frame style home on a small, quiet lake in upstate NY in the town of Hampton/Whitehall, NY (not on Lake George), 5 miles from the VT border, 33 miles from Lake George village, with a screened in porch, a large deck, and a grill provided (new grill 2025). Water activities 4 kayaks 1 - 4 person paddle boat

This one bedroom apartment is located downstairs in the two story duplex.
